Shipping Policy
Damaged Shipments: If your product arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to support@chocolatebrown.co.nz. We'll assist you promptly. Please note, we can't be held responsible for courier mishaps.
Shipping Mistakes: If we make a shipping error, we'll cover the cost of return and send you a replacement.
Storage Recommendations: Store your chocolate between 14 to 19 degrees Celsius away from sunlight and heat. "Blooming" may occur, but it won't affect the taste.
Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday to Thursday to maintain quality as delivery can't be guaranteed on shipments on Fridays or weekends.
Delivery Limitations: Currently, we don't offer international delivery or ship to PO Boxes. Contact us for special arrangements.
